Jazz Goes To the Movies In-Person
Some of our greatest jazz standards have originated as songs from classic movies and become part of our popular culture.
Thom Gomez, guitarist and Rick Sadlon, saxophonist and flutist will perform and provide a historical perspective of several jazz
standards that were adapted for some of the most iconic scenes on the silver screen!
The Gomez&Sadlon jazz duo will be performing selections including Blue Skies, As Time Goes By, On Green Dolphin Street, Pink Panther, Misty and many more historically significant songs from the movies.
