Local Author Reading at the F.O.L. Book Cellar: David Newell In-Person
Celebrate Independent Bookstore Day on Saturday, April 26th by visiting the Friends of the Library Book Cellar. Local author David Newell will read his story Petey and Quackers to the young & young at heart. This true story is about Petey, a pigeon, and Quackers, a disabled duck, who form a natural relationship and become inseparable friends for life. The first five children who attend will receive a complementary signed copy.
While you are at the Book Cellar, feel free to check out the large variety of used books, DVDs, and CDs for all ages. There is something for everyone! Proceeds help fund many great programs at the Woodbury Public Library.
